Purple is the in thing

So today I went to a little get-together with some close family and friends. However something relatively strange happened on the way there! My dad, sister and I all missed breakfast so we decided to make a quick stop at mcdonalds (bad, we know) to cure our hunger. Just as we were withdrawing some money  from the ATM, there was a lady, couldn't of been more than 30 or so, who was also trying to get some money out. Although, The ATM had ceased her cash card and would not allow her to take any money out! She looked so distressed and asked us why this was happening to her, now she had no way of getting home. We said that machines could be faulty sometimes and with that, my dad rushed us off to Mcdonald's. I couldn't even eat properly, I was thinking about this poor woman and how horrible we'd been to just walk away. I had £5 in my pocket and I nagged my dad to put some money towards mine so we could give it to her. We made our way there back to where we saw her and she was sat at the bustop staring into space. We quickly approached her and gave her £15 to make sure she got home securely. Her face lightened up quickly and she told us that she only need £2.80 for the bus but we let her keep the rest. It's unfair how things like that can happen to people, if we hadn't of seen her she might of been stranded there for ages! anyways, i hope you all like the outfit after my long speech haha.
